Key Roles Responsibilities (KRA/KPI)

• Design and development of Data extraction logic from Duckcreek Policy, Billing and Claims to Insights module.

• Ability to understand data eporting requirements from business and DWH team

• Design technical solution to meet business and compliance needs

• Ability to work with business group to understand reporting requirement and converting them to configuration within duck creek insights

• Ability to estimate on delivery solution and timeline

• Ability to do unit level testing of data models developed

• Ability to fix development defects in defined TAT

• Comply with Information security requirements in system and plan for closure of NC’s if any

• Ability to deploy and propagate a developed code to live environment

• Ability to guide developers to technical develop the requirement within duck creek application

• Ability to update dashboard reports and take proactive actions to address any delays

• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal IT , Infra and Information security team

• Ability to coordinate with auditors for system audit

Key Requirements – Education Certificates

• MCA/BE Computers

Key Requirements - Experience Skills

• In depth understanding of General Insurance industry and terminologies.

• General Insurance experience working on Duck Creek Insights module (at least 3 yrs)

• SQL Server/Oracle DB, XML

• Hands on experience with SSIS packages

• SQL Jobs scheduling

• Good in writing complex queries for reports.

• Proficient in Excel

• Total exp of 3-6 yrs
