Duck Creek Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution of reinsurance projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, 
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders .
• Manage project scope, expectations, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry.
• Oversee the integration of reinsurance systems and processes, providing guidance to ensure smooth.
• Conduct project reviews, ensuring that lessons learned are captured and applied to improve future project.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs are addressed and fostering positive collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards for reinsurance projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering .
• Experience managing projects in the reinsurance industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with  SICS or similar reinsurance systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
