Dotnet Developer & Lead

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and manage a team of developers working on .NET applications.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

- Good knowledge in C# and .NET Core framework
- Must have exposure in testing framework like xUnit/nUnit/MSTest for writing unit test cases
- Must be aware of API testing using postman/swagger
- Good in writing SQL queries and well-versed in SQL Server DB
- Experience of leading a group of .NET developers. Leadership skills a must.
