Provide expert strategic insights and domain-specific guidance to business and tech teams, particularly within the automotive manufacturing lifecycle (e.g., product development, production, supply chain, quality, post-production).

Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to optimize operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Translate complex manufacturing business knowledge and operational challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements for IT and engineering teams.

Act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation and deployment of manufacturing-centric solutions.

Lead business analysis efforts, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact assessments within the manufacturing domain.

10+ years of domain-specific consulting experience, with a significant focus on the Manufacturing sector, ideally within the automotive industry or a related complex discrete manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting product and solution design with deep manufacturing domain insights.

Automotive Industry Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with the automotive value chain, product development lifecycle (from concept to end-of-life), supply chain dynamics, and regulatory landscape (e.g., EPA, NHTSA, CARB).

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to conduct detailed business analysis, elicit and document requirements from diverse manufacturing stakeholders, and effectively manage expectations and communications with cross-functional teams.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Strong analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks, analyze manufacturing data, and propose innovative solutions for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Proficiency in using data to drive insights and solve complex manufacturing challenges, with a structured approach to problem identification and resolution
