Domain Architect

Must-Have Skills:
12+ years in software/solution architecture with hands-on technical leadership.

Strong system design background, including distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Experience with 12-factor app design, cloud-native architectures, and real-time streaming technologies.

Solid hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven ability to create and maintain architecture strategies, roadmaps, and domain capability maps.

Deep understanding of cross-cutting concerns such as logging, security, testing, monitoring, etc.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

Ability to guide and mentor teams while remaining technically hands-on.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience in financial services, auto finance, or large enterprise IT environments.

Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks and tools.

Experience in documenting architecture artifacts and decision records.

Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Understanding of value stream mapping and capability-based planning.
