Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Director to lead our enterprise SAP strategy, implementation, and optimization across multiple business units. The SAP Director will oversee the end-to-end SAP ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA and related modules to drive business efficiency and innovation. This role requires deep expertise in SAP solutions, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & SAP Roadmap:
Define and execute the overall SAP strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including cloud and hybrid solutions.
Collaborate with C-level executives and business leaders to define SAP governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
SAP Solution Architecture & Implementation:
Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and core modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, WM, EWM, TM, PS, HR, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, BTP, etc.).
Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP PI/PO, CPI, BTP, and third-party applications.
Guide SAP data analytics initiatives, leveraging SAP HANA, Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, and SAC.
Program & Project Management:
Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts globally.
Develop and manage SAP project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee Agile/DevOps-based SAP delivery models for improved efficiency and continuous innovation.
Governance, Security, and Compliance:
Ensure SAP Security, SOX compliance, ITGC controls, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
Establish SAP governance models for role-based access control, GRC, and risk management.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
Manage a team of SAP functional and technical consultants, solution architects, and external vendors.
Partner with SAP, Deloitte, Accenture, or other SI partners to drive successful implementations.
Mentor and develop SAP teams to enhance their technical and functional expertise.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations.
Expertise in multiple SAP modules, including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, TM, PS, EWM, IBP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba.
Strong SAP integration experience with CPI, PI/PO, third-party applications, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Hands-on experience in SAP data analytics, reporting, and embedded analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience in Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent industry certifications.
Experience in cloud migration, hybrid architecture, and multi-cloud strategies.
Background in industries such as manufacturing, retail, finance, healthcare, or consumer goods.
PMP, ITIL, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
Any Graduate
