we’re looking for a visionary Director to help lead the charge. As the Director of Digital Engineering & Ecommerce Technical Delivery Management, you'll drive the execution of key digital initiatives across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and strong program management skills.

Position Overview

The Director of Ecommerce Technical Delivery Management will

oversee the projects driving our digital transformation. This role requires a strategic leader

with a strong technical background and exceptional program management skills. The ideal

candidate will lead estimation, development, quality, and implementation of our domain-

aligned teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest

quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for digital transformation projects

Oversee domain-aligned development teams, ensuring excellence in execution

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resourcing to meet business goals

Align technical solutions with customer needs and business priorities

Implement delivery best practices, including Agile methodologies and quality standards

Collaborate cross-functionally to foster innovation and continuous improvement

Report on project performance and risk mitigation to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Proven experience in program management or technical delivery in digital transformation environments

Strong technical background, especially in ecommerce and omnichannel solutions

Effective leader with excellent communication and team management skills

Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies

QSR industry experience a plus
