Lead Link-Building Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy that aligns with our SEO goals, focusing on acquiring links from high-authority and industry-relevant sites.
Digital PR & Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers to secure media coverage and backlinks.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor link profile analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for Web.com to secure high-value links.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of junior link builders, providing guidance on outreach techniques, relationship building, and link quality assessments.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to develop link-worthy content that appeals to target audiences and influencers.
Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs for link acquisition (e.g., number of links, link quality, success rate), ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of link-building efforts with broader marketing initiatives.


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

5+ years of experience in link building, outreach, or Digital PR.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, with a focus on backlink acquisition and link profile health.
Proven experience in securing high-authority backlinks from top-tier publications, blogs, and industry sites.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for outreach to influencers and media.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) for link tracking and competitive analysis.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing or SEO environment.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.


KPIs

Number and quality of backlinks acquired monthly (focus on DA 40+).
Outreach success rate (percentage of links secured from pitches).
Referral traffic generated from new backlinks.
Reduction in link gaps between Bluehost, HostGator and competitors.
