Required Skills

 

  • Evaluate and select the right digital platforms for omnichannel marketing (e.g. websites, consent management) based on business needs
  • Determine how VEEVA CRM, SFMC should be configured in a scalable manner to accommodate business needs in affiliates
  • Oversee proper implementation of platforms
  • Design simple digital architecture and ensure data flows among all platforms seamlessly in a timely manner
  • Perform “business rollout” of platforms to drive large user adoption, satisfaction and impact, and monitor KPIs to ensure operational and business success in steady state
  • Determine where and how promotional content should be stored for use in various digital platforms
  • Design content architecture to ensure flow of approved content among all platforms and optimization with global and local MLR review processes
  • Work closely with Global Commercial, Global Market Access, IT, as well as US and Germany affiliates to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Communicate business impact effectively to senior leadership
  • Required to have experience in pharma commercial operations, pharma omnichannel marketing, VEEVA CRM, various digital channels, working closely with marketing / sales teams at pharma clients. Experience with pharma content hub, MLR review, technical aspects of pharma commercial platforms a plus
