Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end digital analytics initiatives using Adobe Analytics and custom tagging solutions.
  • Extract, process, and analyze large volumes of digital customer interaction data to uncover trends and behavioral insights.
  • Write and optimize SQL and PySpark scripts for querying and transforming large datasets.
  • Use Python for data cleaning, statistical modeling, and building reusable analytical tools.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and UX teams to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations for platform enhancements.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for digital KPIs, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and A/B test results.
  • Apply statistical methods to assess campaign performance, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency in all reporting processes.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and digital tracking tools
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation
  • Working knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing
  • Experience using Python for statistical modeling and analytics automation
  • Ability to translate digital data into actionable business insights
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and funnel analysis
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance in reporting workflows
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional business teams

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
