Devops Technical Manager

Technical Manager who can drive the team and focus on DevOps and Environment Management, including the definition of environment strategy, build and deploy as needed.

Current Environment: Salesforce, ServiceNow and AWS services

1. 8+ years of experience as a Technical Manager, overseeing implementation, testing, deployment planning, validation, quality assurance, operations, Environment Management and sustainability of technical solutions.

2. Familiarity with SDLC tools like Devops, Jira, Environment management

3. Proficiency in domain-driven micro-service design and implementation.

4. Proficiency in container and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Istio, Argo, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

5. Demonstrated technical leadership in providing design options to address challenging issues.

6. Demonstrated capability in evaluating and adopting new technologies.

7. Skilled in people management, motivation, and development to empower a highly efficient and quality-driven DevOps team
