We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior DevOps Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our support structure, assisting in maintaining and supporting our cloud infrastructure while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and customer support in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system health and respond to alerts in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues.
  • Manage and resolve basic support tickets using tools like Zendesk, salesforce, service Now.
  • Provide first-level technical support via ticketing systems and Teams meetings.
  • Document all incoming cases and update the knowledge base.
  • Help maintain and update documentation for support processes.
  • Participate in routine system maintenance and updates.
  • Learn to use monitoring and logging tools effectively.
  • Assist in generating basic reports on system performance and ticket metrics.
  • Shadow senior team members during complex issue resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Assist in basic configuration changes in cloud services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and their core services.
