Job Description

Devop's JD: 5-6 years of hands-on experience: • CICD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI etc) • IaC expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) • Hands-on with containerization services (K8S Dockers) • Cloud Architecture - Solid experience with multi-cloud environments with Architect/ Practitioner level and DevSecOps/ Azure DevOps Engineer certification in AWS/ Azure • Must have 2-3 years of experience in Product Aligned Architectures • Automation and Scripting knowledge • Concepts on Monitoring and logging • System Administration in Linux/ Unix • Good understanding of Networking concepts Looking for a senior consultant who has the experience to drive and support product-centric teams in development and implementation of a comprehensive DevOps transformation strategy that aligns with the transition to a cloud operating model. He or she should be experienced to coach and mentor Leads, co-workers, colleagues, and external teams on DevOps best practices, providing necessary tools and knowledge for further implementation within their functions. Additionally, be able to drive cultural initiatives to support transition to, and promote effective communication across teams, communities, and chapters. Implement and refine DevOps processes, establish metrics and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, report on progress, and stay updated on industry trends in DevOps and cloud practices

To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained Client in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards. To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
