DevOps Manager

Key Skills: GCP, Terraform, AWS, Scripting, CICD

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe deployments.
• Champion infrastructure-as-code principles and automate processes wherever possible.
• Guide and mentor a team of 2-3 junior/mid-level DevOps engineers.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and security teams on architecture and operational readiness.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience in cloud-native environments.
• Expertise in AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, monitoring, and logging.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers.
• Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and operational excellence.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
