Description

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in IT Operations, DevOps, or Storage Engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
• 5+ years managing IBM PowerSystems IBMi (including ACBS)
• 5+ years managing NetApp ONTAP (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC)
• 3+ years with Cohesity hyperconverged storage
• Strong AWS experience (S3, EBS, FSx, hybrid solutions)
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Kubernetes/Docker experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
• Experience in financial services or banking
• Expertise in data protection, disaster recovery, and replication strategies
• Proven leadership in building high-performing teams aligned to business priorities
• Strong communication and performance management skills
