Description

  • Create infrastructure in dev,qa,prod cloud environments on aws cloud defining all infrastructure configuration as a code.
  • Analyze direct energy application architectures and automating the direct energy application architectures in the areas of developing, testing, monitoring, deployments.
  • Analyze and implement systems and create diagrams. Encode, test, debug and install programs.
  • Test and implement modifications and prepare and update specifications and diagrams.
  • Implement apis web application on to aws lambdas and aws fargate services. Set up ci/cd process to automate micro services, direct energy mobile applications web applications.
  • Leverage cloud services to establish the devops process - ec2, ecs, ecr, s3, rds, colud front, lambda, api gateway, sqs, sns, cloud formation, code commit, code build, code deploy, code pipeline, cloud watch. Implement continuous integration process using aws services gitlab ci, shell/python scripts & other build tools.
  • Monitor applications using new relic, splunk, sns, cloud watch. Automate ci/cd process for php web applications, android, ios react web developing pre build post build scripts using python, bash.
  • Create automated scaling polices to depending on the traffic data auto spinning up the infrastructure. Implement react web application on to aws ecs clusters.
  • Provide an end to end automated deployment of applications into different environments using aws resources like (code build, code pipeline, cloud watch events, docker, jenkins cloud formation/terraform templates, python scripting, sns appium, device farm, sonar qube, xcode).
  • Use cloud formation and python scripting to begin automate ci/cd process up on commit of developers repo and achieve build process, code quality, unity testing and ui testing of the applications. Implement aws waf (web application fire wall) for the web application using load balancers to block malicious traffic. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's) and 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation).
  • QUALIFICATION : Must have 1 year experience analyzing and implementing systems and creating diagrams; Encoding, testing, debugging and installing programs; Testing and implementing modifications and preparing and updating specifications and diagrams.
  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time
