DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer (Azure) with strong experience in the Banking or Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and automating infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines in Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments aligned with regulatory and financial compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and cost of Azure-hosted applications.
• Implement security best practices, compliance controls, and access management aligned with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release management.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Git Repos.
• Knowledge of Azure services: App Services, AKS, VNets, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, etc.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Understanding of CI/CD, configuration management, release strategies, and monitoring.
• Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (preferably Banking or Capital Markets)
