Devops Engineer - Senior

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 10 to 16 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases. Your primary focus will be on automating and streamlining our operations and processes.Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing strategies for deploying and scaling applications

- Developing automation scripts to streamline deployment processes

- Collaborating with development teams to create continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines

- Monitoring system performance and implementing performance improvements

- Ensuring security and compliance requirements are met in the deployment process

- Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and providing rapid resolution

- Managing cloud services and server infrastructure

- Implementing best practices for configuration management and version control

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 10 to 16 years of experience in DevOps or related field

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell

- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk, or ELK stack

- Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
