DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation, Windows
Server OS management, and compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST standards (Optional). The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines,

Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Development:
 Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure
DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
 Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure secure and compliant software
releases.

Windows Server Management:
 Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) in compliance
with HIPAA & HITRUST security guidelines.
 Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting for
automation.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
 Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.
 Maintain cloud and on-premises environments (Azure, AWS, or VMware) in compliance with
healthcare security policies.

Security, Compliance & Monitoring (Good to Have):
 Implement HIPAA and HITRUST security controls, including access control, encryption, and
logging.

Collaboration & Support:
 Work closely with security, compliance, development, and operations teams to ensure
secure deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Proven experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on CI/CD, Windows Server
management, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA & HITRUST).
 Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
 Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell
scripting .
 Experience with configuration management and automation (Ansible, Terraform, DSC).
 Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:
 Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps Administrator,
or DevOps-related certifications.
 HIPAA/HITRUST, CISSP, or security-related certifications
