Description

What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
Strong ServiceNow knowledge for ITSM processes
Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and production workloads
Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Teleport Remote Access
24/7 operational support experience preferred

Technical Must-Haves:
Root cause analysis & diagnostic debugging
Configuration management with Ansible/Puppet/Chef (Ansible preferred)
ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks
Deep understanding of Kubernetes (Pods, Services, Ingress, Helm Charts, etc.)
Proficiency with monitoring tools – Prometheus, Grafana
CI/CD pipeline implementation in production environments
