DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

• 7- 10 years of professional experience in a software development environment primarily in a DevOps role.
• Design, set up, and maintain clusters with a focus on security, scalability, and high availability.
• Implement automated pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools within OpenShift. Splunk, Dynatrace & Automation, Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage the resolution of infrastructure problems.
• Work closely with development teams to containerize and orchestrate their applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices for infrastructure security, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, configurations, processes, and service records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams in deploying and scaling their applications. 
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker, and experience in building and managing containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Artifactory.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration, including shell scripting and system configuration. Knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH) and security fundamentals.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
