Development/Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:
• 10-12 years of experience in SAP Development and Integration.
• Lead the design and development of complex custom applications using SAP Extension tools and frameworks. (BTP, UI5, Fiori, etc.).
• Extend standard SAP functionalities using SAP Cloud Platform Extension Suite.
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Ensure development is optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability. Lead the integration efforts using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for connecting SAP with third-party systems.
• Design and implement secure and scalable integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and API management tools.
• Ensure proper data flow and process automation across applications.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide performance tuning.

Requirements:
• 10-12 years of experience in SAP development and integration, with a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role.
• SAP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations
• Proficiency in OData services, Idoc processing, and API management
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing SAP projects
• Ability to work across Agile development, support, and deployment landscapes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
