Key Responsibilities:
Manage a technical team (Developers, POs, BAs, Testers)
Own the Fraud Management app and development lifecycle
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and decisions
Drive Agile and SAFe Agile processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business & tech goals
Track industry trends to improve system efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years as Development/Tech/Sr Manager or Tech Lead
Strong software development background (Java preferred)
Hands-on AWS experience
Managed technical teams & applications
Agile methodology expertise
Experience with RAFM/RAID systems, preferably Mobillium
Telecom or wireless industry experience is a plus
