Developer/Programmer Analyst

The Texas Education Agency is seeking a skilled ASP.NET Core and Angular 18 Developer for web application development supporting special education-funded applications for charter schools and school districts. 

Responsibilities include:
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing ASP.NET Core and Angular 18 applications.
Designing solutions using C#, SQL Server (SSMS), and Visual Studio.
Developing Web APIs using .NET Core with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
Maintaining DB schemas, writing SQL queries, and creating stored procedures.
Implementing responsive design in legacy ASP.NET applications.
Working with Entity Framework Core, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Blazor.
Writing integration and unit tests for APIs and front-end apps.
Optimizing application performance and troubleshooting issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in ASP.NET Core and C# development.
8+ years of experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React).
8+ years of experience with SQL Server and database design.
Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Selenium).
5+ years of experience with Bootstrap, Blazor, and jQuery.
5+ years of experience with Angular 18.
4+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
3+ years of experience with Azure SQL Database
