Developer - SQL & SSIS (Guidewire Conversion Exp Preferred)

We are seeking 3 skilled Developers with expertise in SQL and SSIS to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data integration, transformation, and migration using SQL Server and SSIS. Experience with Guidewire conversion projects is a plus. This role will primarily focus on data migration and integration tasks related to policy, claims, and billing data conversions for Guidewire implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and conversion specifications.
• Work on Guidewire conversion projects involving the migration of policy, claims, and billing data to Guidewire platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SSIS packages for performance and efficiency.
• Validate data post-conversion and ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Create technical documentation and provide post-implementation support for data conversion processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SQL, including advanced querying, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SSIS for developing ETL processes and data integrations.
• Solid understanding of data migration and integration concepts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Guidewire conversion experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter) is highly desirable.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and loading for insurance systems.
• Familiarity with other ETL tools or data integration platforms is a plus.
