Developer - Business Intelligence

Role Description:
Collaborate with application owners and capture the data in required formats, analyze the data and refine them as per data requirements, design ETL solutions and implement data visualization strategies that align with the KPIs.
Go-to person for divestiture data strategies and responding with appropriate methodologies solutions anchored around data architectures, platforms, and solutions. 
Review deliverables of contract workers located in USA & India. Mentor them to ensure effective practices in data analysis and visualization are implemented.
Lead and define the divestiture data strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.
Manage technical programs related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL-Alteryx) for the divestiture process, ensuring data quality and timeliness.
Optimize business processes related to data management and reporting for the data program, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain robust data models using ETL tools like Alteryx, PostgreSQL & Spotfire to support business requirements.
Implement and manage ETL processes, with a preference for experience using Alteryx.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization across all data systems
Provide regular reports and updates on program status and ensure project goals are met through effective communication across all levels of the DT and business organizations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data architecture, ETL processes, and data visualization tools

Essential Skills: 
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, database management, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in Postgres, Spotfire, and ETL tools, with a strong preference for Alteryx experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
Proficiency in AWS RDS, Lambda, Python, Smartsheet and Microsoft applications
Highly developed skills: Data Modelling, ETL Processes
Knowledge of Financial data would be plus
