Description

Responsibilities:
 
 

  • Walk-up queue ticket management.
  • Managing inventory of computer equipment and peripherals used at the Walk-Up Desk.
  •  Windows and MacBook troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot, reset, and prepare iPads for redeployment.
  • Loaner equipment deployment.
  • Laptop and Desktop warranty calls.
  • Answer user's IT questions.
  • Deliver friendly excellent customer service.
  • Assist with other related tasks where needed.


Technical Expertise Required:
 
 

  • Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting.
  • Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • iPad troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of asset management.
  • Computer hardware troubleshooting
  • Mac OS & iOS devices


Tools & Systems Experience:
 
 

  • Proficiency with Remedy, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM and Intune.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft O365 suite including, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with documentation and ticket management systems
