 Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for hardware/software (PCs, Laptops, Thin Clients)
 Experience documenting procedures & updating tickets (ServiceNow or similar)
 Asset management: scanning, tracking, and inventory control
 Support for employee moves: setup, teardown, and cable management
 Able to work independently or in team environments
 Strong planning, organization & time management
