REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

1-3 years of IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support duties with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Reliable attendance.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.

Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).

Ability to work under pressure.
