Desktop Support Technician

Job Description:

The technician in this position will be providing support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort, KY. We are looking for candidates with at least one plus year of experience. The preferred candidate would need the following:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
• Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Hardware and software experience.
