Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Desktop/EUC Support
Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and commonly used applications.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware components (RAM, HDD, display issues, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
