Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
Manage and maintain all computer peripheral devices resolving associated problems as required
Manage and escalate third party vendor support and performance related to in-scope services
Support of all conference rooms? Laptop builds and rebuilds
Support new office setup and expansions as needed
Provide smart hands support for other service towers, including the Network Services tower and Server & Storage tower
MDM - Configuration for iPhones, Intune and Mobile, Printer Installation and configuration, Vendor Co-ordination
Any Graduate
