CCNA Certification (Added Advantage)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and OS installation.
✅ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
✅ Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components.
✅ Providing technical support to users via remote assistance or on-site visits.
✅ Addressing network-related issues, including connectivity problems and basic configurations.
✅ Ensuring timely resolution of IT-related incidents and maintaining proper documentation.
