Job Description:

  • Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
  • Set up new user accounts, profiles, and manage Active Directory tasks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain business applications and productivity tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Support video conferencing and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting, including basic LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity issues.
  • Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and create user guides as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams.
  • Follow IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security guidelines
