Qualifications
• Associate’s degree; 3 years of related IT experience and education considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Intune and Jamf
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience preferred with Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Familiarity with ITIL process and procedures, specifically incident management, change management, and problem management
• Familiarity with a service management tool (i.e. ServiceNow)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, “think on your feet” team environment
• Ability to work on your own without day-to-day supervision
• Ability to handle stressful environments
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• • Good work ethic and strong team player
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
