Desktop Engineer

Our client needs an experienced Desktop Engineer to lead and support their desktop

engineering environment, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional end-user

experience. Strong experience with cloud technologies, enterprise virtualization, and security mitigation is essential.

Must have experience:

This role requires deep expertise and ownership of Microsoft Intune, SCCM,

and Windows Autopilot—not just usage, but full responsibility for these platforms.

Key skills required:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and key contributor to a Windows 11 CIS Level 1

   upgrade project

• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and performance across a fleet of over 1,800

   Windows endpoints and 1,500+ corporate mobile devices

• Design and maintain secure desktop images

• Automate software deployment and removal processes

• Drive improvements in endpoint management and overall desktop engineering

   strategy

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting as needed
