Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows 11 OS environments, including system updates, configuration, and performance tuning
  • Oversee print services: installation, spooler diagnostics, server-side queue management, and user-level printer configurations
  • Configure and support Access Points (APs), SSIDs, and wireless connectivity for endpoint devices
  • Handle escalated technical issues from L0 or Helpdesk; ensure prompt resolution or proper escalation
  • Perform user onboarding, desktop imaging, and asset lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with endpoint policies and participate in patch management processes
  • Document resolution procedures and update internal technical knowledge base


 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows 11 OS administration and user-level troubleshooting
  • End User Support, Active Directory, DNS, Troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Strong understanding of print management systems, including network printers and print servers
  • Hands-on experience with Access Point setup and diagnostics (e.g., basic RF coverage, SSID access, authentication)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for ticket lifecycle management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers when required
