Design Engineer

The Role

Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
 Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and design optimization.
 Necessary document preparation such as design reports, FMEA, Bill of Material, Change Notice etc.
 BOM Making in PLM/ Windchill.
 Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability
 Test and validate Axle designs, Including prototype testing and validation

Experience

6 Years to 8 years

Skills

Knowledge of Complete E-Axle components will be added advantage  Knowledge of SAP/PLM system  Product & material life cycle of design & process, Change management process knowledge  Familiarity with automotive industry standards.  Prior experience Automotive Industry for Axle design and Development  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering Or master’s in mechanical / Automobile engineering
