Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monthly part list preparation.
• Mail communication with suppliers.
• Parts and packaging change point confirmation.
• Packaging spec sheet creation and updating.
• New package design on CATIA.
• CFT one voice creation and PSS sign-off.
• Part-by-part bin requirement calculation.
• First order confirmation and stabilization.
• Kaizen idea generation, benefit analysis, and implementation.

Skills Required:

• Verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of automobile working and its parts.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on the shop floor.
• Experience in packaging design and development roles in manufacturing industries.
• Project management experience in the automotive industry.

Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
