Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling Residential and Commercial properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Responsible for achieving sales & revenue targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintaining formal relationships with clients by providing project information and other relevant details during a customer visit to the site.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Calling and pursuing clients to visit the site or office for deal closure.
- Demonstrating and presenting project information to interested clients.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending corporate presentations, conferences, and meetings.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) with 7 – 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team
