Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling Residential and Commercial properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Responsible for achieving sales & revenue targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining formal relationships with clients by providing project information and other relevant details during a customer visit to the site.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Calling and pursuing clients to visit the site or office for deal closure.
  • Demonstrating and presenting project information to interested clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Attending corporate presentations, conferences, and meetings.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) with 7 – 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team
