Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee a team of 20 contractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Attendance Tracking: Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring punctuality and adherence to work schedules.
  • Work Procedures: Ensure that all team members comply with work procedures and performance standards.
  • Reporting: Keep management informed about team progress, issues, and challenges.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise within the team.
  • Maintain Calm Under Pressure: Stay composed and professional while handling stressful situations or high-pressure scenarios.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Foster open communication and strong relationships with both the team and management. Use negotiation skills to resolve any conflicts or concerns.
  • Results-Orientation: Drive the team to achieve targets and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Organization: Keep track of details and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
