Delivery Operations Analyst

Main responsibilities of the position:

Deliver medium complexity demands (database) with the attributes requested by customers; 
Manage demands directed to your execution queue; 
Prepare presentations and materials; 
Creation of operational performance indicators to monitor the quality and SLA of deliveries.

Necessary requirements:

Complete higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related areas; 
Experience with handling and creating databases; 
Knowledge of SQL, R and/or Python programming, BI tools (Power BI/Looker Studio); 
Experience with process automation demands.
