Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple delivery projects ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to drive performance and achieve project goals.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of delivery operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

 

Requirements

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 15 to 20 years in project management or delivery management, preferably in a domestic setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
  • Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalen
