Role Description :

The role of a Delivery Manager is pivotal in guaranteeing the efficient planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization.
This position encompasses the supervision of project teams, the management of client relationships, and the assurance that projects are delivered within specified timelines and budgets.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and various stakeholders, the Delivery Manager strives to achieve the successful culmination of projects.
Role Responsibility :

Manage/Lead the end-to end delivery of data and analytics projects from initiation to completion.
Primary liaison coordinating with Customer/Onsite Architect for overall execution of the project.
Responsible for managing work stream leads and deliverables.
Responsible for overall implementation strategy inclusive of testing strategy and
Role Requirement :

- Proven ability to lead Data & Analytics projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Substantial experience in Data & Analytics practice in areas of data engineering (hands-on work with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing), BI & Visualization and Advanced Analytics.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies to effectively communicate with the technical team.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and teambuilding.

- Assists in resolving issues identified by the project team(Technical, logistics, infrastructure, environment etc.)
- Ensure prompt communication to Customer in case of delays with adequate supporting reasons for the delay.
- Identify potential risks, issues and scope change and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Support the communication plan and activities.
- Supports PMO project status updates to the Steering Committee on a regular basis and follow escalation path appropriately.
- Works with Project Manager to assign resources for projects.
- Bring thought leadership and innovative ideas to build trust and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data and analytics delivery processes.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
- Strong leadership skills to guide the team and motivate them towards project objectives.
