DBT Developer

Job Description

• 8 years of experience working as DBT developer or in similar data engineering role
• Proficient in building testing and maintaining data models using DBT
• Strong understanding of DBT best practices and advanced features
• In depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture features and functionalities
• Experience in designing and optimizing Snowflake databases schemas table sand views
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts schemas and ETLELT processes
• Expertise in data transformation techniques using DBT
• Ability to create and manage DBT project structure and documentation
• Understanding of Cloud infrastructure and services related to data storage and processing
• Proficient in using Git Bitbucket for managing DBT projects
• Experience with CICD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of DBT models
• Experience implementing data quality checks data validation and monitoring withing DBT
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks
• Familiarity with integrating different data sources using DBT
• Knowledge of AWS Landscape specially AWS S3
