Job Description

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain legacy and new VB.NET applications.
  • Write and maintain efficient and complex DB2 SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in code and database access.
  • Migrate legacy code to modern frameworks (if applicable).
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Ensure system integrity, availability, and security through proper design and error handling.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolutions for production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices and standards.
  • Document all technical processes and application configurations
