Must-Have Skills:
12+ years of IT experience
Hands-on experience with Databricks cluster deployment and management
Strong knowledge of Databricks Notebooks, Workspaces, and Resource Configuration
Expertise in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and IAM in Databricks
Experience monitoring and optimizing cluster usage for cost and performance
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with Databricks platform
Strong documentation and user support skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments
Experience with automation tools like Terraform
Basic scripting in Python or Scala
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
