Database Developer and Database Technical Lead

Collaborate with your team on the design of new data models, analytics and data architectures.
Provide on-going support of existing warehouse as well as continually re-evaluate current processes and techniques for increased efficiency and maintainability.
Ensure completeness and compatibility of the technical infrastructure to support system performance, availability and architecture requirements.
Work through the entire software development lifecycle of creating database objects and reports.
Streamline data flow and architecture processes to improve accuracy, viability and value.
Communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way.
Work on projects that support the ongoing development and growth of our operational and analytical systems.

Ability to develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Oracle and other third party database tools.
Exposure to Informatica, Git, Control M, Teamcity, Qlikview, Tableau.
Problem solving mentality.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to multitask and adapt.

2 years of experience in relational database development that includes the development of views, triggers, and stored procedures from scratch.
Work experience as Database developer.
Strong experience with oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning.
Experience creating star schema data models, performing ETLs and data loads.
Experience in MI reporting.
Strong SQL query, ETL and data architecture experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
