Database Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer with expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL, along with strong experience in Databricks, PySpark, and SQL/PLSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions to support business requirements and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Work extensively with SQL and PL/SQL for data processing and transformation.
Utilize Databricks and PySpark to develop and maintain big data solutions.
Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data requirements for applications and analytics.
Develop ETL processes and data pipelines for efficient data movement and processing.
Implement database security best practices and ensure data integrity.
Document database structures, processes, and solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL database development.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and query optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for big data processing.
Experience with ETL development and data pipeline management.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have:
Experience in SQL Development with DBA responsibilities.
Knowledge of database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, and indexing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) for database management.
