Description

  • Production Support of Oracle EBS R12.1, R12.2 following ITIL Process – Incident, Change, Problem management
  • Application cloning into non-prod environments from Production or Non-Production.
  • Application Patch Analysis & assessment (PSU, CPU, Family packs, Upgrade packs, Standalone)
  • Application patching using adop, bsu, & opatch utilities.
  • Application tasks through ADOP & ADADMIN
  • Perform application tuning and performance monitoring.
  • Concurrent processing (Concurrent managers and requests, PCP)
  • Working in Linux/Unix OS, shell scripting
  • Understanding of the Oracle Weblogic servers, managed servers
  • Code Migration Support to Functional Consultants, Developers
  • System administration activities like Printer, workflow configurations, user creation, concurrent pro-gram and manager registrations etc.
  • Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development/support teams in Application and Database.
  • Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
  • Understanding of Database schemas and tablespace with good troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member in cross-functional teams.
  • Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
  • Managing applications on multiple nodes, understanding of Load balancing concepts, DMZ setups to E-Business Suite.
  • DR Drill, Data Guard & failover concepts.
  • OEM administration, maintenance and Troubleshooting
